There are 50 electric RV or camper pitches in the area. There is also a tent area (no electricity). If you need electricity for your tent, you need to book a caravan pitch. We have shower and toilet facilities and a cooking/washing point in the main building. The maintenance buildings are in the middle of the island and are used during the summer. The service facilities have toilets and showers, as well as a chemical toilet emptying point.

The morning sauna is heated in the summer season (only June to August) for customers staying in Heinäsaari. Starting in the afternoon, saunas can be reserved for private use. In fall, the saunas are only heated when requested. Sauna sessions for guests 25€/h.

There are great outdoor trails next to Heinäsaari. One of Heinola's Disc Golf tracks is located a few minutes' walk from the campsite. We also have tent pitches available on the island. Tent pitches can also be reserved in advance. Depending on pitch availability, you can arrive without a reservation during the opening hours.

In the winter season, the maintenance rooms (kitchen, toilet and shower rooms, chemical toilet emptying point and kitchen and dining room) can be found in the main building. The maintenance facilities in the middle of the island, as well as the emptying point of the chemical toilet and the driving well for gray water are not in use during the winter.

In Heinola, you can also do sports in the winter! Ski slopes go right next door (depending on the amount of snow). A few kilometers away, also near the Heinola racetrack, there are several different routes for skiers to choose from.
